What’s the refund policy?

If you believe that our platform has charged you in error, any such claim is handled by case basis by CCBill’s Consumer Support department. You agree that you will not make any unjustified claims for refunds or chargebacks. In case we determine such unjustified claims were made, we may suspend or delete your account.
